- 1 lb lean ground turkey (you could use lean ground chicken)
- 1 egg,
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce,
- 1/4 cup chopped onion,
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper,
- 1 tsp mustard,
- 2 cubes low sodium chicken bouillon,
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes.
- Mix all ingredients together
- Form into patties.
- Use 1 tablespoon canola oil in small frying pan to cook.
- Serve on whole grain buns
