- 1 cup instant oatmeal
- 1 cup fat free yogurt.
- 2 tbsp. raisins
- 1 Tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- ½ apple, peeled, diced
- 2 tsps. honey or maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Mix the all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Let sit about 5 or 10 minutes. Then enjoy!
- If the mix is too thick, add milk.
