Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2T ground flaxseed1T olive oil or melted butter
- 1T water
- 1/2t baking powder
- Salt & pepper
- Mix all ingredients well
- Pour onto oiled flat rectangular or square dish
- Microwave on high for 2 mins and remove from dish as soon as possible
Notes:
- -It takes 2 mins in MY microwave but can take as long as 3 mins in other ones so test for yourself and note the time down
- Try golden flaxseed
- Flaxseed goes off quickly so we suggest you keep it in the fridge or freezer
- A good pinch of garlic powder to the mix makes a nice change too!
You can cook this in a non stick pan as well like a pancake
