- 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup golden flax meal
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 5 eggs
- ¼ cup coconut oil OR 1/4 cup clarified butter
- 1 tablespoon honey OR 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup and 2 packets stevia/splenda
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor
- Pulse ingredients together
- Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar
- Pour batter into a greased 7.5" x 3.5" Loaf Pan
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
- Cool and serve
Serving Size: Makes one loaf yielding 10 slices
