- 1 can no-salt added garbanzo beans
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup liquid from garbanzo bean can
- Blend the ingredients together and VOILA!! It tasted TOTALLY creamy and just like "real" hummus!! And no added fat!
