- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid. Shake the jar
well and let stand for one hour at room temperature, then chill. Shake
well before serving.
