Pineapple balls


  • 1 can pineapple cubes
  • 1 cup margarine or butter
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 4 cups unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • graham wafer crumbs
  1. Drain, pineapple cubes. Set aside. 
  2. Cream, cup margarine or butter, icing sugar. 
  3. Add unsweetened coconut and tsp vanilla. 
  4. Roll this mixture around the pineapple cube, then roll in graham wafer crumbs. 
  5. Refrigerate til firm.
