- 1 can pineapple cubes
- 1 cup margarine or butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 4 cups unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- graham wafer crumbs
- Drain, pineapple cubes. Set aside.
- Cream, cup margarine or butter, icing sugar.
- Add unsweetened coconut and tsp vanilla.
- Roll this mixture around the pineapple cube, then roll in graham wafer crumbs.
- Refrigerate til firm.
