- 1 bag (around 1 lb or a little more) frozen boneless chicken
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 can corn, (drained)
- 1 can black beans (drained)
- rice, or tortillas or salad to serve
- Combine frozen boneless chicken, salsa, cream cheese, corn, black beans.
- Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low heat.
- Shred chicken and serve over rice, fill tacos or tortillas or use on a salad.
