2 cups rigatoni
1 pkg Italian Turkey Sausage
4 cups chopped kale
1 cups chicken broth
parmesan cheese
Prepare rigatoni as directions.
Take the sausage
out of it's casing
Brown like hamburger
Once it's brown, add kale, and chicken broth
Simmer until the kale is wilty and
chicken broth is gone.
Serve over rigatoni and top with a little
parmesan cheese.
(Would be good with mushrooms added to sausage while browning)
