- 2T wheat flour
- 1t cocoa powder
- 1/4t baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1 packet truvia (or sweetner of choice)
- 2T milk
- 3/4 T mashed banana
- Mix dry ingredients in a mug and add wet.
- Nuke in microwave for about a minute.
- If you have the calories you can add a dollap of peanut butter to the top of the mixed batter and push down until just barely covered and then nuke.
- Really good dark chocolate and raspberries.
