Christmas Cookies

I am planning my Christmas cookies for this year.

I am thinking of this easy Cheater Fudge.  Have any of you tried it?  Is it good?

Cheater Fudge

3 (6 oz.) pkgs. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Dash of salt
1/2 - 1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

In 1 quart glass measure, combine chips with sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on 100% power (high) 3 minutes. Stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly in wax paper lined 8" or 9" square pan. Chill 2 hours oruntil firm. Turn onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

I am also thinking of making this Peanut Butter Fudge

Peanut Butter Fudge

2 2/3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. peanut butter

Put first 3 ingredients in saucepan; bring to rolling boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until it starts to thicken. Pour into buttered 9x6 or 9x9 pan. Refrigerate to set. You may add peanuts or other kind of nuts, optional.

And this Christmas Crack sounds YUMMMMY!!!
