Weekly Weigh-in

I am down again this week.  I am so proud of myself. In the 22 weeks since August 1st, I have lost 47 pounds.  I have overcome eating issues and learned to eat healthier and to lose weight in a way that does not starve myself.  I have started eating in a way that leads to a healthier life and I am proud of myself for that.  It was a lot of work to get my head on straight and come around to a better way of thinking but I did it and I am glad I did!
