Easy Raw Vegan Meals

Salads with
-lettuce cut up really small (strips)
-tomatoes cut up really small with a serrated knife.
-cukes cut up really small
flavor all with salt and pepper and cumin

-frozen strawberries let out to unfreeze
-seeded black raisins (flavorful)
-a few dates
-a pear or apple
pulse in the food processor until chunky pudding texture. YUMMY!

Breakfast cereal
-two apples
-one carrot
-a few dates
put cinnamon or vanilla if you like and pulse in food processor. You can put almond or banana milk on if you like. I like it this way. You can also make it thick and then roll into balls and roll into coconut.
