- Rice cakes with peanut butter
- Pita or veggies and hummus
- Apples, bananas or celery with peanut butter or another nut butter
- Applesauce

- Popcorn (top it with nutritional yeast, drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the warm popcorn and add a bit of sea salt.)
- Graham crackers
- Roasted chickpeas
- Raw cookies
- Endurance Crackers
- Salt & Vinegar Chickpeas
- Granola
- Frosty No Bake Glo Cakes
- Almond Butter Chews
- Banana Split Vegan Overnight Oats
- On The Glow Basic Oatmeal Squares
- Peanut-y Rice - (Stir 1 tablespoon of chunky peanut butter into a half-cup of leftover cooked brown rice and heat in the microwave oven.)
Baked bananas: Place whole, peeled bananas in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top them with cinnamon and a little sweetener or with a few vegan chocolate chips. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until softened.

Healthy Vegan Snacks
In the interests of being prepared for those times when I just need to have a snack, I thought I would prepare a list of healthy ideas for snacks! Here is what I came up with:
