Well, I have been raw for 24 hours and there are pros and cons. I do enjoy how I feel. I enjoy that I get full without feeling bloated and yucky. I do think that this wouldn't be a diet I could do long term because I would miss tofu, bread and beans too much. It is a fun experiment and I am looking forward to seeing it through.
I made a yummy breakfast of an apple and an orange chopped up and sprinkled with a little coconut and some dried cranberries. It was really yummy and satisfying!
