Simple Vegan Guacamole

One avocado (perfectly ripe please!)
One small tomato (or 1/2 large tomato)
1 tablespoon white onion (or a little less)
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro
Small splash of lemon juice
Tiny pinch of sea salt

1. Scoop out your avocado and place avocado flesh in bowl and stir gently to make an almost smooth texture, keep the texture slightly chunky.
2. Chop your tomato and onion into very small pieces.
3. Chop the cilantro (also known as coriander) into tiny pieces.
4. Add all recipe ingredients (don't forget the lemon juice and the pinch of salt) to the avocado and stir gently.

I love homemade guac like this! Thanks for sharing. Btw, I hope I'm not sounding ignorant but how could guac be made in a non-vegan way? I just always thought of it as a vegan item. lol

It usually is vegan. Some people make it with dairy items like sour cream or cheese.
