Vegan Yumminess in a cup~

The sweetener and nuts aren't necessary, just give it a richer flavor. You can just eave them out, unless you need something a little extra sweet.

frozen bananas
carrot greens
chopped fresh ginger
dash cinnamon
water as needed

Optional:
small handful spinach
sweetener (dates, stevia, etc.)
small handful of nuts of choice

Toss everything in a blender, along with enough water for your desired constancy and to ease blending. Blend until smooth, but don't worry about itty-bitty green carrot top pieces.
