Keto

I have been doing the keto diet lately.  It will be two weeks on Saturday and I have to say, it is going well.  I concentrate on getting my macros right and eating the right things and as  a result, the scale has finally started moving again.  I also cut out most of my evening eating, but that was easy as I am not hungry after supper.  And . . . I feel great, not deprived at all!
