I have a theory that anybody selling diet products of any kind should advertise in change rooms in stores next to those big mirrors. You have a captive audience and really who looks their best in those things???
I have to say, I was trying on jeans the other day and I was very quickly reminded that I fell off the diet wagon since my move and I looked BAD!!! at least I did before I tried on my lovely new jeans.
