Happy Halloween

Well, it was cold, it was raining, the kids are sick, and I am sick. But, it wasn't a bad Halloween. The kids had movies and wore their costumes. Then, when they were feeling a little better, they helped and pass out to trick-or-treaters at the door. And, believe it or not, we actually an trick-or-treaters brave the weather to come to get treats. And the girls enjoyed seeing who they were. So, even though I wish they could gave had a regular Halloween, it was kind of fun anyway. And, on Friday night, tomorrow night, we are going to have another movie night with all the leftover candy and just have fun while the kids stay up late.

Princess Snifflefritz spent most of the day miserable, but came around in the evening.

Little Prince was pretty miserable,  but he did come a little alive in the evening.

I kept Little Prince and Princess Snifflefritz hime from school today. I think they just need a couple of days off to just be still curl up and get better. Little Prince finally managed to go all day without actually getting a fever. He is still sick, but I do see a little more life in him today than he has had. Now, if I could just get him eating it would be good. On the other hand, I have joined the land of the sick. I should have known that nursing sick babies would eventually make a Sick Mommy. Oh well, we're all sitting around being sick together.

Update

Princess Snifflefritz made it through the day.  Little Prince got sent home an hour before the end of the day.  I think I am going to keep them both home tomorrow.  I just really wish they would feel better soon.
