I had a great time about town today.  There was a new market and we all know how much I love a good market.

Weekly Weigh In

I lost 1.5 lbs this week.  And 7 lbs in the two weeks I have been doing Keto.  I have energy, feel good, and have no desire to have cheat days.

And today, someone noticed!!!!  That felt good!

Crystal

We are having fun growing different types of crystals in homeschool these days.

Here is our first foray:

Today we started growing rock candy crystals.

 And next I plan to try growing Epsom salts.
