Yummy Fudge! (sugar free, lower fat, low carb)

  • 2 Pkgs Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
  • 2 Oz Unsweetened Chocolate-melted and Cooled
  • Sugar Substitute Equal to 1 Cup Sugar 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans Chopped
  • Optional: 1/2 cup sugar-free peanut butter
  1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener, and vanilla (and optional peanut butter) until smooth.
  2. Stir in pecans.
  3. Pour into an 8 inch square pan lined with foil, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled. Yields 16 servings
