Turkey burgers (low fat, healthy)


  • 1 lb lean ground turkey (you could use lean ground chicken)
  • 1 egg, 
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion, 
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper, 
  • 1 tsp mustard, 
  • 2 cubes low sodium chicken bouillon, 
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes. 
  1.  Mix all ingredients together
  2. Form into patties. 
  3. Use 1 tablespoon canola oil in small frying pan to cook. 
  4. Serve on whole grain buns
