FLAX WRAP (Paleo, low carb, high fiber)

  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2T ground flaxseed1T olive oil or melted butter
  • 1T water
  • 1/2t baking powder
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Pour onto oiled flat rectangular or square dish
  3. Microwave on high for 2 mins and remove from dish as soon as possible

  • -It takes 2 mins in MY microwave but can take as long as 3 mins in other ones so test for yourself and note the time down
  • Try golden flaxseed
  • Flaxseed goes off quickly so we suggest you keep it in the fridge or freezer
  • A good pinch of garlic powder to the mix makes a nice change too!
    You can cook this in a non stick pan as well like a pancake
