Sunday Seven

I am feeling like I really need to kick myself in the butt and get motivated to get fit and healthy again. I have four kids and a house that needs to be taken care of, that means I need to have some energy to do this right. So here are six things that I found in my research tonight:

okay so I found so much information I had to go and tack a  couple of extra ones on the list.  I can't help but share what I find.
