Skinny Peanut Butter Chocolate (low carb, clean eating, Trim Healthy Mama S)

  •  4 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp organic cocoa
  • sprinkle of sea salt
  • splash of vanilla extract
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.  
  2. If your coconut oil is at a solid, heat gently to make stirring easier.  
  3. Put 2 lightly salted almonds in each well of an ice cube tray and poured the heated skinny chocolate on top.
  4. P.S. This recipe makes 8 large cubes and each cube is 90 cals, 9 grams fat, 2 grams protein, and 1 carb. A majorly delicious (S) .
NOTE:  This does not call for sweetener.   The peanut butter makes it sweet enough for me.  However, if you do use sweetener, I would grind it first.  Otherwise the chocolate is gritty.
