Mexican-style Hamburgers (low carb, low fat, clean eating, Trim Healthy Mama S)

  • 2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can of tomatoes with green chiles
  • shredded reduced fat cheese
  • shredded lettuce
  • fat free sour cream
  1. Mix seasoning with ground beef and form patties. 
  2. Brown on both sides. 
  3. Add can of tomatoes. Simmer until beef patties are cooked through. 
  4. Turn off heat and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with lettuce and sour cream.
We love Mexican food and these disappeared! Yummy!
