Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
 - 1 cup oatmeal (quick oats)
 - 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
 - 1 1/3 - 2 cup water
 - 1/8 cup sugar
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - Oil for frying
 
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
 - Heat up the oil on a fry pan over med heat.
 - Add the water to the dry ingredients and beat well.
 - Pour the oatmeal pancake mixture into the fry pan.
 - Fry for a couple of minutes until bubbles are forming on the pancake.
 - Flip it, cook another couple of minutes. Enjoy!
