Easy Vegan muffins with Cranberry Sauce
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar (brown sugar is yummy)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together in a mixing bowl.
2. Add water and oil. Mix together. Place baking cups in a muffin pan or spray with nonstick spray.
3. Pour mixture into cups. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
4. After the muffins come out of the oven top with a little cranberry sauce. VERY yummy!
Cranberry Sauce
1 bag cranberries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Bring water, cranberries, and sugar to a boil. Boil about five minutes until the berries have burst and put into the fridge to cool.
