Keep your fingers crossed, guys! We are trying to make arrangements for a beautiful house in the country with lots of rooms (five), lots of land, a barn and a garage. And the cost would be less than we pay for the three bedroom duplex we are in now! We have talked to the owner and I am excited and I really, really, really hope this works out!!! I hate to get my hopes up, but I have to say, this time, I really do have my hopes way up!
