This is a healthy THM S friendly 'bread' that tastes like yummy bread!
- 2 eggs,
- 2T coconut flour,
- 1T psyllium husk,
- 1T ground flax
- Pinch of salt
- Combine ingredients
- Spoon into pan.
- Really tasty cooked in butter in a cast iron skillet and then cut open and toasted a little with butter.
