Tastes Like Bread

This is a healthy THM S friendly 'bread' that tastes like yummy bread!
  • 2 eggs, 
  • 2T coconut flour, 
  • 1T psyllium husk, 
  • 1T ground flax 
  • Pinch of salt
 Makes 3
  1. Combine ingredients
  2. Spoon into pan.  
  3. Really tasty cooked in butter in a cast iron skillet and then cut open and toasted a little with butter.
