We had a busy but nice day today. I got up early to start on our Jiggs dinner. I also make a pear cheesecake and a peach cobbler. It was all a big hit and it was wonderful to share it with friends. By the time I was too tired to care what it tastes like. I got thermometer to know when the turkey was done and after years of cooking the turkey until the wings and legs fell off, it was new to have turkey that had texture left to it. The cheesecake was wondeful! Even I enjoyed it. Happy New year to you all!
