Frustrating

It is so completely frustrating when I am trying to get things done and I can't find something. I went to make some buns last night to go with supper and I couldn't find my muffin tin! I looked and looked but I have no idea where I hid it. Here I was sick and trying to do something anyway and I couldn't find my darned tins!!

On the upside, I am still sick but I do feel a little better than yesterday, so I can see an end in sight. Thank goodness.

I am also proud to announce that I can see an end to Mount Laundry too. I mean , I will never be all the way done, unless I convince my family that Naked is the new black. And I don't think my neighbours would approve. But I don't have a mountain anymore, I have laundry that actually fits in the hampers designed to contain it. That in itself is an accomplishment, let me tell you.

Well Princess Mag-pie is crying for more attention, I haven't been holding for a whole 5 1/2 seconds and you know that's not allowed, right? So I am going to go pour myself a cup of coffee, put something interesting on television and cuddle my baby. Its a tough job but someone has to do it and she insists its me. (don't tell my husband but I am secretly kind of glad I get to soak up all these cuddles.)

I really love it that there is now someone who is ALWAYS there to soak up my cuddles, as this was always Lisa's role, but now that she is growing up they are becoming fewer and further between and as for Bart, they are more and more of a scarce luxury.

I don't know how I will deal with it when Maggie decides that she is too old and too cool to hug daddy :(

I was always secretly glad when my babies wanted mama only too! *lol*

I hear you on the laundry! ... With the 6 of us, I will have the laundry 100% done, and by the next day one of the hampers will be completely filled again! ack!

Hope you feel better soon. I laughed out loud at trying to convince the family that naked is the new black!

All the best to you!
