Well in my game of beat the heat, I am continuing my crockpot adventure. Tonight, we had a super-yummy crockpot supper. Everyone raved over it and it was super-easy!
Easy Crockpot Chicken Tortillas
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup salsa
2 cups chopped chicken breast meat (I used lots of chicken)
1 (15.5 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
I put all the ingredients except the tortillas in the crockpot on low for 4 - 6 hours.
When it is cooked, spoon filling into a tortilla on your plate. Add whatever garnishes you like (extra cheese, salsa, sour cream etc.) Fold tortilla over. Pour a little extra sauce from the crockpot over it and enjoy. SOOOOO yummy!
