Okay, how do mothers of teething babies EVER get any packing done when they are moving?? I am moving in two weeks and I am up all night with a crying baby and I am holding a crying baby most of the day. Even when Prince Charming helps out, then Princess Magpie needs some attention and I still get nothing done.
Me, I am cranky, tired, and worried about getting everything done. Surely other moms with teething babies have moved before. How do they do it??

LOL--My baby would have much rather chewed on the shoe!!
Here's my secret for teething and it TRULY works. It's called Hyland's Teething Tablets and you can buy them in the baby section of CVS or Walgreens (a drug store chain in the US--I'm sure that you have a major drug store like that in Canada). These tablets are ALL NATURAL and I don't know how they work but they take the edge off teething and will give her enough relief to rest. If you go that route and can't find them, let me know and we might be able to work something out so I can send you some :)
YES! those tablets are amazing! other than that, I offer strapping her to ya.... get about 5 yards of a good soft t-shirt material and go to moby wrap. com and check out their wrapping options. good luck!
No real advice - just praying for you and hoping the move goes well. Where are you moving? Is it far from where you are? Packing isn't fun, though is it! I always end up needing something that I just packed.
Thanks for the advice, I will look for those teething tablets.
We are moving about 5 hours away.
I'll second (or third?) the Hyland's teething Tablets -- they were a lifesaver when my son was teething.
Also try dampening and freezing a soft wash cloth -- kind of twist it up before putting it in the freezer. When you take it out, she can gnaw on the frozen section.
If you have any of those mesh feeders, you could put a chunk of frozen fruit in one for her to gnaw on as well.
Good luck! Teething is no fun, for anyone involved!
