Going Blue

Although we are aware of autism every day in our house today is Autism Awareness Day and we definitely choose to go blue.  This is a condition that has very much effected our family and in a way we are celebrating the family that we have with all its quirks and foibles.

Today I made blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup, blueberry biscuits, blueberry muffins, and a blueberry loaf with a blueberry sauce.

We also all dressed up in blue.

And in a display of one of the ways Autism effects us, I couldn't get a happy picture of Little Prince today.  I did get a lot of blurry ones.  Our photoshoot went much likes these gifs . . . .

In the end I settled for a couple of decent group shots and picture of him eating his breakfast and watching his shows.
