Well, I did go to sleep last night and even had a good nights sleep. Interrupted a few times for feedings for Princess Snifflefritz (will she EVER sleep through the night??), but good other than that.
Princess Magpie is so funny. She loves to run around the house finding things she feels she shouldn't have and get them and hand them to the adult she feels should have them. When you sit down, you can quickly become guardian of an empty mug she found, a spoon, the remote control, the shoes by the door, the blanket on the chair and the shoes by the door. She looks around, says, "Uh Oh!" and goes thump, thump, thumping across the floor as fast as her little legs can carry her to get the offending object and give it to the adult she feels needs it saying, "Here da go!" Then she walks away, brushing off her hands, saying "Good Girl!" to herself in satisfaction.
But Daddy has to be careful where he takes off his socks now, because before you can blink your eyes, she has dropped the fudgsicle she was happily dripping down her shirt and now the socks have become gloves, or puppets and she is happily sporting daddys dirty socks on her hands! EEeww Yuck!!
When big sister, Princess Belle goes out to play, Princess Magpie runs to the living room window and Princess Belle sweetly puts on a little show to entertain her.
She always runs to her baby sister when she cries and does little dances and makes funny noises in her adorable 22 month old way until her 5 month old baby sister stops crying and starts laughing at her.
Or she tries to feed her with a toy baby bottle. LOL
Whenever she sees her daddy laying on the couch under a blanket, she drops whatever she is doing, comes thumping across the floor, lifts the blankets up and crawls up with her. Helping herself to a daddy cuddle.
She really is cuteness incorporated.
But then so are her sisters:
