Surprising

We did something that I thought would be nice for Little Prince.  We put a trunk for some toys in the living room.  I figured he would like to have access to something to play with when he is not in his room.  He usually runs with the girls, reads books and watches shows when he is downstairs.

I didn't expect his reaction.  He seemed overwhelmed either by the change or by the flurry of the girls playing with his toys.  He  watched the girls play but he sat in my lap the whole time.  He wanted the comfort of my touch.  And while I love a good snuggle I was thrilled when he finally got down to play a little in the trunk that the girls had  emptied out.
