Manic Monday (and recipe help)

I am having one of those busy days. I have gotten a little tidying done but when I try to write a quick note to you guys, I get Princess Mag-pie crying, Princess Belle wanting something to eat and the timer going on the drier. Just a little frazzled for a day where very little extra is getting done.

And now I need a recipe for simmering steak. Anyone got any ideas?
