The girls loved helping with the pumpkin seeds.
By lunch I had roasted pumpkin and seeds as well I made an apple crisp.
In the afternoon I had prepped a LOT of green tomatoes for green tomato salsa verde, and I made tempura green tomatoes.
And a big pot of chili finished out the day. Which is always a huge hit with the kids.
