Thankful Thursday

I'm joining Creating Contentment in posting a Thankful Thursday post.  This week, I am thankful that I had the opportunity to get my hair done.  It felt so nice to go to a nice salon and get my hair cut and styled.  I LOVE the new cut and the advice the stylist gave me. 

Thankful Thursday

I'm joining Creating Contentment in posting a Thankful Thursday post.  This week, I am so thankful that my kids are enjoying homeschool this year.  The only complaint I have is when we stop for the day so that I can go make supper.  And even then, Princess Snifflefritz will take out her book and ask me to assign her work to do on her own right up until bedtime.  She is loving it and I am thankful that I don't have to fight my kids to "do school" at all. I am also thankful for all the 'learning things' they do just for fun.  They have a thirst to learn and I love it.

Thankful Thursday

I've decided to join Creating Contentment in posting a Thankful Thursday post. 

As I look out our window at the snowbanks and hills of snow outside our door, I am grateful to have a nice warm house to be in. 

And when Princess Magpie was sick yesterday, I am very thankful that her little sister wanted to be with her, staying beside her in her bed, "reading" her stories, making her a card and doing all the things her little heart could think of to make her big sister feel loved and cared for.
