These are Princess Belle's favorite biscuits. I will sometimes make them for breakfast or to serve with stews.
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups margarine cold, (I use vegan)
1 1/2 cup whole milk (I use cashew milk)
Combine dry ingredients.
Blend margarine into dry ingredients.
Pour in milk and mix until just combined.
Form into 12 to 14 biscuits. (I use my hands).
Bake at 425° for 12 minutes.
