I have been on the keto diet for 30 days now. I have to say, I feel better on this then I did on WW. The thing is, I don't feel deprived. I don't feel like I need cheat days. In 30 days, I haven't had a cheat day. I am in the last month, I have lost 8.6 pounds. I lost one pound this week. I don't mind my weight loss being slow, as long as it keeps going in the right direction. I have been really careful about keeping my fat intake healthy and getting lots of electrolytes. As a result, I haven't had any negative results so far.
