Yummy!!

I made a taco salad bar for supper tonight.  I had fun and made Mexican Street Corn and all sorts of fun toppings for it.  It was HUGE hit!

I also applied for a number of seasonal jobs which would be ideal for my homeschool schedule. I spoke several people and have a good feeling.  One person even told me to let him know if I lost I interest because he was already scheduling me for the end of April in his mind.
