What Is This?

What is this sauce for?  When I saw it, it made me laugh out loud.  I kept thinking, "all purpose"?  So it is good for everything??  Eggs, not up to snuff, try this sauce!  Chicken livers a little strong?  Try this sauce! How about that ice cream?  Tasting a little drab?  Try this sauce!  I had to giggle.
