I Figured It Out

I figured out why I am so much more tired than usual this week.  I mean I have had Little Prince for four years and I am used to not getting enough sleep.  But I ran out of my iron vitamins last week.  And so now I am low on iron and feeling dragged out, tired, irritated, and occasionally dizzy.  I will pick up my iron next week and then I will be better able to handle the sleep deprivation.  In the meantime, I need to drag my hiney around and get done everything that a homeschooling autism mother of 4 has to do.  *YAWN*

  1. So, low iron actually affects those things? I didn't know that. I've always been on the low side for iron. I wonder if I should take a supplement that has it.

  2. Yes, low iron can have those effects. When mine gets too low, I even start to lose hair!! The worst is the extreme exhaustion. I have always struggled with low iron and I have no idea why it never occurred to me before now that it was the reason I was feeling so bad.
