Ideas for our Not Back to School first day

I am trying to put together some ideas of fun things we can do on our first day of Not Back to School.  Here are some of the things I have come up with:
- a picnic lunch
- a trip to the park
- have the girls help me make our school rules
- our annual photo shoot
- have them draw a self portrait
- make a construction paper school house
- make a list of things they want from homeschool this year
- make a construction paper bus.

These are my ideas.  What do you think?  Do you have any suggestions?
