- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup coffee
- 1 heaping tbs cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp glucomannan powder (or xanthan gum)
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 2 level scoops Kal stevia powder (or sweetener or choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 12 cubes ice or iced coffee (more if preferred)
- Blend almond milk, coffee, cocoa powder, glucomannan powder, sea salt, stevia, and vanilla well,
- Then add ice or frozen coffee. Blend on high until ice is all processed.
- Add then add whey protein.
- Blend until desired consistency.
