I am trying to get my eating under control again and this morning I had a YUMMY and filling oatmeal for breakfast. I call it Reeces Oatmeal because it is chocolate with peanut butter.
1/3 - 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 - 1 1/4 cup water
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp chia seeds
sweetener of choice to taste. (I used 2 tbsp)
1 Tbsp peanut butter
First, combine dry ingredients and then stir in water. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Top with peanut butter. I like to eat it as the peanut butter melts over top.
