Ingredients:
-1 (16 oz) can low fat refried beans
-1 (8 oz) package guacamole
-8 oz fat free sour cream
-1 cup salsa (mild or hot, depending on your tastes)
-1 cup shredded lettuce
-1 cup chopped tomatoes
-⅓ cup sliced black olives, drained
-2 green onions, chopped
-2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
-1 cup shredded fat reduced cheese blend
Directions:
-1 (8 oz) package guacamole
-8 oz fat free sour cream
-1 cup salsa (mild or hot, depending on your tastes)
-1 cup shredded lettuce
-1 cup chopped tomatoes
-⅓ cup sliced black olives, drained
-2 green onions, chopped
-2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
-1 cup shredded fat reduced cheese blend
Directions:
- Choose a glass dish, approximately 8x8-inches.
- Spread refried beans on bottom of dish and continue layering with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
- Sprinkle on lettuce, tamato, olives, green onions, cilantro and cheese.
